Registration Process

Admission to L.E.A.P. is based on an assessment of several application components:

  • Completed Online Registration
  • Academic Grade Transcript/ Report Card (to be faxed, scanned, emailed or mailed within two weeks of applying). This can be obtained from your school's guidance department. We will accept unofficial copies.
  • VISA/Mastercard payment MUST be complete upon online Registration

 

Step 1: Prepare all required documents

  • Obtain your most current grade transcript or report card to be sent within two weeks of applying.
    1. Faxed to (905) 546-5492
    2. Scanned and emailed to vespi@mcmaster.ca
    3. Mailed to Carm Vespi, McMaster University,1280 Main Street W, JHE A201D, Hamilton, Ontario, L8S 4L7

Step 3: Notice of Acceptance

Once we have received the complete application package (online registration and transcript) we will review it and notify you by e-mail as soon as the registration has been approved. Additional information will be provided in the e-mail.

 

Bursaries

We are pleased to announce that we offer a L.E.A.P. Bursary Program. Through the generous support of many of our L.E.A.P. sponsors, we are delighted to be able to provide these bursaries, which will help us ensure that every student has the opportunity to experience L.E.A.P.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to the start of the registered week of camp. There is a $85 administration fee that will be applied. No Refunds due to unforeseen circumstances will be allotted, example - unexpected closure of the University. NO REFUNDS on Busing.  Refunds to credit cards may take up to 60 days.
